Doctor Pet is an organisation providing animal assisted activities, therapy and education in England and Wales. Registration No.6931605.

Our objectives are:

1. To act as a resource for young people by providing advice and organising programmes of physical, educational and other animal assisted activities as a means of: advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, loving and responsible individuals; providing recreational and leisure time animal assisted activities in the interests of social welfare for people

2. To assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by providing animal assisted therapy and visits to hospitals, residential and private homes, hospices and similar institutions.

3. To advance the education of the public in general on the subject of animal-human bond to promote research for the public benefit in all aspects and to publish the useful results.

4. To establish partnership with charitable trusts, associations or institutions to achieve all our objects.


To promote humane behaviour towards animals, to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals we partnered with:
Wood Green Animal Shelter - is a registered Charity that has been taking in and rehoming animals since 1924. The Charity rehomes over 5,000 animals a year and has set national standards in animal care.
Goddard Veterinary Group - is dedicated to providing quality health care with the most compassion, integrity and service for you and your pet.
Rabbit Welfare Association & Fund - working to improve the lives of domestic rabbits across the UK through education and communication by making people realise that rabbits are intelligent creatures that need space, exercise, companionship and stimulation and are not to be bought on a whim.
National Rabbit Week - the official website for Burgess National Rabbit Week.Tom and Bubble were featured in the Gallery 2009.
Rabbit Rehome - a website for the rabbits looking for loving homes as pets.
The Rabbit Residence Rescue - a rescue centre for unwanted rabbits.
Snake Sanctuary - a rescue centre for homeless snakes and reptiles.
